Feasibility research on unique venue space
Hello, ISES Members:
I hope someone can provide some assistance to this question:
Calvin Charles Gallery is an established gallery in the Old Town Scottsdale area of the Phoenix metro area. The building space is very unique and is also a venue rental for private parties, receptions, etc.(pictures of the space can be viewed here:
http://www.calvincharlesgallery.com/index.php/gallery/eventvenue/
)
When the economy was more solid, the rental rates were more accepted. Now, during slower financial times, the rates when proposed are higher than what people want to pay. Therefore, we are interested in doing some research on venues that are similar in category to assess a pricing structure that will be more favorably received.
Any suggestions, please?
Thank you for the consideration of this inquiry.
Sincerest regards and appreciation,
Jill Harten
